This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to defreeze account bearing No. xxxxxxxxxx8731 maintained with Bank of Baroda, Janakpuri West Branch thereby allowing the Petitioner to operate the same as also to restrain Respondent No.1 from remitting the money from Petitioners' account in favour of Respondent No.2. 2.

Ms. Asiya Khan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.1, the contesting Respondent and submits, on instructions, that the account has not been completely frozen and only lien has been marked to the extent of the alleged dues towards the Income Tex Department, pursuant to notice received from the Tax Recovery Officer, Tax Recovery Wing, Kolkata & 24 Parganas (South & North), DF-Block, W.P.(C) 19032/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In light of the statement made on behalf of the Bank, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. It is, however, left open to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies against Respondent No.2. 5.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of along with pending application.
