To assail the impugned order, there is an alternate remedy provided for under Section 18 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The petitioner, however, expresses certain urgency to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application seeking interim directions before the said authority.
