The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC, has been filed by the Petitioner, for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 0191/2025 dated 11.05.2025 under Sections 115(2), 126(2) & 305(A) of BNS, registered at Police Station Dwarka North, Delhi along with consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

The brief facts are that the Complainant was working as a road duster by profession. On 11.02.2025 at around 02:00 P.M when the Complainant was sitting at his shop, 2-4 unknown persons came inside and asked "who is Chillar". As soon as the Complainant replied „yes‟, they started hitting him with sharp sticks which had nails. The Complainant suffered injuries in the incident and those boys also took Rs.2 lakh from his pocket. Thereafter, those boys ran away from the spot. On the statement of the Complainant the FIR No.0191/2025 dated 11.05.2025 was registered against the Petitioner. It is submitted that both the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences vide MOU/Compromise Deed dated 07.08.2025 with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioner, who has filed the present Petition. The Complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 01912025 dated 11.05.2025 registered at Police Station Dwarka North, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2) ND 305(A) BNS with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner herein. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of.
