Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "i.

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents / Investigating Agency to expeditiously conduct investigation in FIR No. 154/2019 dated 25.06.2019, P.S. Jagatpuri, Delhi, in accordance with law; ii.

Direct the Respondents to file a detailed Status Report before this Hon'ble Court, indicating the steps taken in the investigation since the date of registration of FIR and the reasons for the delay of more than six years in filing the chargesheet;

iii.

Direct the Respondents to file the final chargesheet under Section 173 Cr.P.C. within a time-bound period;

iv.

Pass necessary any other orders and directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances the case."

Mr. Amol Sinha, learned ASC for the State, appearing on advance notice, submits that the chargesheet has been filed in the present case. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when required, in accordance with law. 4.

Inasmuch as the relief sought in the present petition stands satisfied upon filing of the chargesheet, nothing further survives for adjudication. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application(s), if any, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
