This is a petition impugning the order dated 27.11.2025 by which the application of the petitioners for preponement has been dismissed by the Ld. Trial Court while observing that on previous date due to the bomb hoax threat, the matter was taken at 2 PM and even though parties were informed about the same beforehand, no one appeared for the present petitioners, due to which the matter had got adjourned.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter requires urgency inasmuch as the academic year of petitioner no. 2 shall go waste in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. case her college fee is not deposited by 12.12.2025. According to him, the application in this regard is pending before the Trial Court. 3.
Without knowing the status of the board of the Trial Court, it may not be appropriate to issue any such directions, but at the same time, considering the fact that the college fee of the petitioner no. 2 is to be deposited before last date, for payment of such fee, the petition is disposed of with direction to the Ld. Trial Court to consider the request for preponement sympathetically and try to dispose of such pending application, if any, on priority.
