The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Pass writ of mandamus/order/directions to Respondent no.1 to 3 not to interfere in the civic amenities work being carried out by the petitioner company at Kailash Nagar Colony, Loni Road, Delhi which was approved by the Standing Committee of MCD vide its Reso. No. 885 dated 06.10.1961 as shown in site map (Annexure P16); 4.
The Petitioner is represented by Mr. T. K. Ganju, learned Senior Advocate as well as Mr. Vikas Dhawan, learned Senior Advocate. Mr. Ganju submits that the Petitioner owns the land in question and some civil work was undertaken by the Petitioner over the said land in accordance with the sanctioned lay out plan. However, the police stopped the construction work giving the Petitioner to understand that some complaint has been made by an individual namely, Mr. Shiv Kumar Jindal. 6.
In view of the above, issue notice.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State accepts notice. On instructions, he submits that since there was an apprehension of breach of peace in the area, therefore, the Petitioner was temporarily asked to put the civil work on hold. He further submits that there is no direction to the petitioner to permanently stall the civil work. 8.
The statement is taken on record and the Respondent shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are called for. 10.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 11.
