The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 106/2019 of PS Rajender Nagar for offence under Section 307/302 IPC. 2.
After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application with the request for directions to the trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest since all prosecution witnesses, except one doctor and two investigating officers remain to be examined and regarding the doctor, learned counsel submits that they would not object to exhibiting the MLC. 3.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the request to the learned trial court to dispose of the entire trial as expeditiously as possible but positively within three months from today provided no adjournment is requested by the defence counsel.
