Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0182/2020 dated 09.11.2020 registered under Sections 420/406/409/120B IPC at P.S. Mandir Marg in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2024.

The Complainant and the Counsel for the Complainant have joined through VC and have submitted that the FIR No. 0182/2020 and the proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed against all the Accused persons. However, liberty may be given to pursue any civil litigation against HDFC as per law.

terms thereof voluntarily and have undertaken to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

It is submitted that the said Settlement has been arrived at between the Petitioners and the Complainant without any pressure and coercion. 5.
In view of the aforesaid, the charge-sheet in FIR No. 0182/2020 registered under Sections 420/406/409/120B IPC at P.S. Mandir Marg is hereby quashed with liberty as prayed for.
