The present petition under Sections 2(b) and 12 read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Allow the present petition and initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor for deliberately disobeying the order dated 06.10.2025 by the Hon'ble Family Court in GP NO. 87/2025 titled "PRAVEEN BANSAL VS HEENAGUPTA"~ and b. Restrain the Contemnor from taking the child abroad, without the express and written permission of the Petitioner and orders of the Court; and c. Direct the Contemnor to share complete details of the child's school education, performance, and activities, and allow the Petitioner to participate in school events and parent teacher meetings as a responsible parents; and d.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application seeking compliance of the aforesaid order dated 06.10.2025 has been filed before the concerned learned Family Court.

In these circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid application pending before the learned Family Court. The Family Court is requested to decide the same as expeditiously as possible without giving undue adjournment in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months. 5.
