During pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and hence moved the application (IA No.14163/2017) to withdraw the main petition. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

In view of the submissions so made, the main petition and application is dismissed as withdrawn.
