By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails the order dated 13.10.2025, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI Act06), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, whereby fresh process under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, was issued against her.

Mr. Brijballabh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
