This is a petition praying for quashing of FIR no. 284/2021, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, PS Baba Haridas Nagar and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

The Ld. APP states that charge sheet has since been filed and the matter is listed for consideration on charge before the Trial Court. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Chirag Joshi, Ld. Counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all his submissions at the stage of charge before the Trial Court. 4.

The statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition along with pending applications if any, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
