Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') (old Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to challenge the Summoning Order dated 17.07.2025 whereby the Petitioner/brother-in-law of the Complainant, has been summoned.

However, the alternate efficacious remedy is available by way of Revision Petition before the learned ASJ.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
