The present application has been filed under Section 152 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') on behalf of defendant no. 2, seeking correction of the order dated 5th December, 2025. 2.
Counsel for the parties point out inadvertent errors in paragraph nos. 6, 7 and 14 in the order dated 5th December, 2025. 3.
Accordingly, the order dated 5th December, 2025 stands corrected and the paragraphs 6, 7 and 14 of the order dated 5th December, 2025, shall read as under:- "6. In the present case as well, the petitioner had originally sought Letters of Administration under Section 278 of the CS(OS) 923/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Indian Succession Act, 1925. However, as per the terms in the Settlement Agreement, the parties are seeking conversion of the present petition into a civil suit.
7. In view of the fact that parties have entered into a settlement to resolve their disputes, it would be expedient to convert the present petition seeking the Letters of Administration into civil suit."

A direction is also issued to M/s Leo Burnett, Anand Rathi and Banks/Financial Institutions to release the moveable assets/ monies/ securities/ investments/ deposits as mentioned in paragraph 6 of the application including inter alia those held by or otherwise available with the aforementioned, in name of Late Sh. Samir Gangahar, in favour of respondent no. 2, i.e. Ms. Sumati Singh." 4.
The application stands disposed of.
