the respondents that the appellants are neither the residents of Delhi nor are they working for gain in Delhi and, therefore, these appeals would not be maintainable before this Court, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that jurisdiction of this Court was being invoked only because the Attorney through whom the appeals have been filed by these appellants, works for gain in Delhi. 2.

In our view, the same would not satisfy the requirement of Section 42 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants prays for leave to withdraw these appeals to move the same before the Court of appropriate jurisdiction. 4.

The appeals are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
