This is a petition seeking enforcement of the interim orders dated 27.10.2025 and 10.11.2025 passed by the Arbitrator directing the judgmentdebtors to cease the use of DG Set at the subject premises, namely ground and first floor of Mansarover Park Metro Station, New Delhi. 2.

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal and Mr. Harinder Kumar Gupta, partners of Shree Shyam Palace appear in person along with Mr. Rohan Chaudhary, Advocate who identifies both of them.

They state that in terms of the order of the Sole Arbitrator the respondents have already obtained a fire certificate, copy of which has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
