The present Petition, under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks the following reliefs: "a. Pass an ex parte ad interim order staying the impugned order dated 07.11.2025 passed by the Respondent Company; b. Pass an Order granting ex parte ad interim injunction in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent from blacklisting the Petitioner;

c. Direct that the impugned order shall not disqualify the Petitioner from bidding and being considered of tenders other than the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Respondent Company and shall not affect the tenders already awarded;

Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that they will be withdrawing the Show Cause Notice dated 25.08.2025. He further submits that as the Impugned Order dated 07.11.2025 is a consequence of the Show Cause Notice and reply thereto, the Impugned Order dated 07.11.2025 shall cease to exist. 3.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present Petition to be adjudicated.

Accordingly, the present Petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of with liberty to the parties to take such steps as are permissible to them under the law.
