Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the observations made by this Court in the order dated 23.12.2025, he has already approached the concerned Tribunal under Section 27(3) of the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015. He also submits that even an application for stay has been presented. He, therefore, confines his prayer to the extent of directing the respondents to maintain the status quo till the application for stay is decided by the concerned Tribunal. He has placed reliance on the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.759/2025 dated 10.12.2025 and in LPA No.772/2025 dated 18.12.2025, wherein similar directions have been passed. 3.
Under these circumstances, it is directed that the parties shall maintain the status quo with respect to the performance bank guarantee in question subject to the petitioner's keeping the performance bank guarantee alive till the application for stay is decided by the concerned Tribunal. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant petition stands disposed of along with all pending application(s).
