Issue notice. Ms. Prema Priyadarshini accepts notice on behalf of respondents at the request of the Court as despite advance notice there is no representation on behalf of the counsel for respondents to whom perhaps the matter would have been marked in the ordinary course.

In view of the order I propose to pass, learned counsel for the respondents does not wish to file any counter-affidavit. 4.
Counsels are agreed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the judgement dated 22.3.2018 passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. vs. Union of India and Anr. In sum, the petitioner seeks to revive the subject company by filing an appeal, if not already filed, before the NCLT under Section 252 of the Companies Act,
2013.

Counsel for the petitioner says that qua the subject company i.e., Rockman Projects Limited, he seeks application of the directives contained in the aforementioned order, insofar as it concerns the petitioner.

Counsels submit that in view of various orders passed by this Court in matters which are pari materia, this writ petition be disposed of in line with the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in order dated 22.03.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. vs. Union of India and Anr.

It is made clear that the directions contained in aforementioned order will apply mutatis mutandis to the petitioner(s) herein. 9.
