Vide order dated 01.10.2024, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:

"1.

It is submitted by learned counsel for respondents workmen that the main writ petition was dismissed by the predecessor bench on 29.02.2024, as such the respondents seek release of the amount deposited earlier while granting interim relief. According to the applicants/respondents, by way of order dated 26.08.2014 the concerned authority had directed payment of Rs.80,328/- to Saurabh Mishra, as sum of Rs.1,10,058/- to Dinesh Chandelkar and a sum of Rs.49,852/- to Inderjeet Jain."

The respondents, namely, Saurabh Mishra/R1, Dinesh Chandelkar/R2 and Inderjit Jain/R3 are present in the court today. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the application seeking release of the money filed by the respondents before the Hon'ble Court bearing CM No.57831/2024, the amount pertaining to respondent No.1 has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.80,328/- whereas the correct amount is Rs.83,328/-. It is further submitted The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. that at present the amounts as directed by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 01.10.2024 may be released to all the respondents and with respect to the remaining amount qua respondent No.1, he would be moving an appropriate application before the Hon'ble Court. Respective statements of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 have been recorded separately in this regard and they have also been identified by their counsel.

In view of the same, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of Rs.80,328/- to respondent No.1, Rs.1,10,058/- to respondent No.2 and Rs.49,852/- to respondent No.3 in terms of order dated 01.10.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court alongwith accrued interest after due verification and receipt.
