% 27.09.2016 EA No. 195/2015 (U/S. 40 CPC) By the present application filed under Section 40 of the Code of Civil Procedure the decree holder seeks transfer of the decree passed by this Court on 17.1.2013.

Counsel for the decree holder submits that judgment debtor is facing trial and is presently lodged in Ambala Central Jail, Ambala. He further submits that the judgment debtor has shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon at House No. 829, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. Accordingly, the present decree is transferred from Delhi to the Court of District Judge, Gurgaon, Haryana, for execution. The application stands disposed of.
