O R D E R

% 09.04.2018 The matter arising out of the MCD appeal no.1/2016, which is pending on the file of the District Judge (South-East) at Saket Courts Complex has been placed before this court in the wake of request for recusal and transfer having been recorded by the presiding officer in the proceedings recorded on 24.05.2017.

Having regard to the reasons set out in the said order, the MCD appeal referred to above is withdrawn from the court where it is presently pending and made over for further proceedings in accordance with law to the court of the District Judge for South District, also located at Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi. The transferor court shall send the file to the transferee court fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. The file shall be TR.P.(C.) 56/2018

returned to the transferor court with a copy of this order for needful further compliance to be taken on 03.05.2018. The Registry shall retain the original order with a copy of only the relevant material for record of this court and return the file of the court of the District Judge.
