O R D E R

% 25.04.2018 Respondent no.2-Reena is present in Court and has been identified by W/ASI Sushma of police station Bharat Nagar. She submits that petitioners are her relatives. A quarrel took place between her and petitioners on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 39/2016 under Sections 323/326(B)/354/ 354(A)/354(B)/34 IPC at police station Bharat Nagar, on her complaint. She further submits that she has now settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Settlement Agreement dated 29th January, 2018, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
