Learned counsel for the State submits that amended memo of parties has been filed. He will ensure that the same is placed on record. 3.
Learned counsel for the State further submits that despite the petitioner, four other accused are involved in the FIR in question who all have been declared proclaimed offenders. He has handed over a status report in this regard which is taken on record. 4.
By this petition, the petitioner has sought joint trial in two FIRs being FIR No.143/2011 under Sections 420/468/471/120-B and FIR No.12/2012 under Sections 420/506/120-B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts in the two trials are almost similar and the complainants are also related. 6.
A perusal of the FIRs reveal that the complainants in the two FIRs are distinct though related, each FIR has its own distinct facts and thus two trial cannot be joined together.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
