By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:

"A. Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent Authorities, to take immediate and effective measures to ensure the protection of the life and personal liberty of the Petitioner and his family members, in strict compliance with the constitutional mandate under Article 21 of the Constitution of India; B. Direct the Respondent Authorities to provide round-the-clock police protection to the Petitioner and his immediate family members at both their residential and commercial premises, including the deployment of armed police personnel in and around the area, until such time as the threat The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. C. Direct the Respondent Authorities to conduct a fair, impartial, and timebound investigation in respect of FIR bearing No. 0546/2025 registered on 26.11.2025 at Police Station Ashok Vihar , and to take all necessary legal action against the offenders, ensuring accountability for the assaults and the ongoing threat to the Petitioner's life"

Issue notice. The learned ASC (CRL) accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State submits that a Personal Security Officer (hereafter 'PSO') has been proved to the petitioner herein during daytime, pending final threat assessment and passing of a final order by the DCP concerned.

The State is directed to ensure that a PSO is also deputed for the night time i.e., on a 24 hours basis with the petitioner herein. 7.

The State is also directed to ensure that a beat constable will also go to the house of the present petitioner twice a day. 8.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the above arrangements and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, with above directions, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court in case the need so arises in future.
