% 23.10.2018 The present petition impugns the order dated 30.04.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-03 (Central) and the order dated 24.11.2012 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Central, Tis Hazari Court.

None appears for the petitioner despite a passover. The record shows that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner even on the last date. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.
