AEZ Infratech Pvt. Ltd. & Ors', and b. Quash and set aside the show cause notice issued to the Petitioner by the Hon'ble NCDRC in Execution Application No. 114 of 2019 titled as 'Nirmala Sharma & Anr. v. AEZ Infratech Pvt. Ltd. & Ors".

Learned counsel submits that in CM (M) 4052/2024, this Court issued directions to NCDRC not to insist for physical presence of the other directors except when it is required.

In view of the limited request being pressed, the petition is disposed of with directions that NCDRC shall not insist for physical presence of the petitioner except when so required and on other occasions, the petitioner may be permitted to appear through video conferencing.
