By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.713/2023 dated 13.12.2023 registered at PS: Uttam Nagar under Sections 302/120B/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
