% 17.03.2017 By the order under appeal, the learned Single Judge declined to entertain the writ petition on the ground that this Court lacks territorial jurisdiction.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the discretion exercised by the learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
