By the present bail application, the applicant seeks prearrest bail in FIR No. 88/2024 dated 24.01.2024, registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, for offences under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At the outset, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that no coercive measures are proposed against the applicant at this stage.

He submits that the co-accused has already joined investigation and has been bound.

4.

He submits that the cheated amount has also been repaid to the victim and the apprehension of the applicant that he would be arrested is misconceived.

5.

Considering the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present bail application.
