Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the chargesheet has been filed before the learned Trial Court on 20.01.2026, which, has also been recorded vide order dated 17.03.2026 passed by this Court. 2.

Considering the same, under the facts and circumstances involved learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application the present application has since become infructuous and there is nothing remaining.
