The learned counsel for the respondent points out that the documents filed with the present petition do not relate to the respondent herein. In fact, documents in respect of some other case have been filed along with the present petition. 2.

We deprecate the casual approach in which the petitioners have filed the present petition.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. However, the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.20,000/- to the respondent for the inconvenience caused.
