By the present application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of four weeks in FIR No. 565/2021 dated 25.06.2021, registered at Police Station Khyala, for offences under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, on the ground that his brother is to get married on 29.12.2025.

It is pertinent to note that serious allegations are made against the applicant. It is alleged that the applicant along with other accused persons trespassed into the office of the victim and inflicted injuries by firing gunshots which led to the death of the victim.

The murder is alleged to have been committed in broad daylight with the use of firearms.

carrying the pistol in his hand along with other accused persons. 5.

The motive attributed to the applicant is that he had killed the victim in order to take revenge for the murder of his uncle. 6.

It is informed that various public witnesses are yet to be examined who are residents of the same area where the applicant used to reside with his family members.

Considering the aforesaid, I see no reason to order release of the applicant on interim bail.

The present application is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
