The limited prayer in the petition is for directions to the trial court to hear the final arguments in CS No. 56312/2016 titled as "Dr. Ambrish Saxena Vs. Sanjay Gupta" on the date fixed i.e 21.04.2025 and dispose of the same expeditiously.

It is submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2010 and the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 67 years and that currently the matter is listed for final arguments before the trial court on 21.04.2025. 3.
