All the three applications, being connected, have been taken up together. 2.
The matters pertain to a cyber-crime involving financial fraud wherein the complainant was duped of Rs.20 lacs.

A sum of Rs.10 lacs, out of the abovesaid cheated amount, got transferred to IDBI bank account, Puri Branch. Such account was in the name of Coreitech BAIL APPLN. 4490/2025 & other connected matters 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. of which the three applicants herein are Directors, in equal shares.

These applications were taken up by this Court on 16.04.2026 and all the three applicants, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, volunteered to deposit the abovesaid amount of Rs.10 lacs with the Registry of this Court. They were, earlier, permitted to join the investigation and as per the report of the Investigating Agency, they have already joined the investigation. 5.
The applicants are finding some difficulty in depositing the amount of Rs.10 lacs con jointly and have prayed that they be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.3,33,500/- each with the Registry of this Court. They submit that the drafts, which are ready with them, would be submitted with the Registry within three working days.

Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and the fact that the applicants have joined the investigation already and have also volunteered to keep on assisting in the investigation and have secured the amount in question, all the three applications are disposed of with the direction that they would keep on assisting the Investigation Agency and would report to the police as and when so intimated and directed and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail by the concerned SHO/IO/arresting officer, on their furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs.25,000/- each.

All the three applications stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 8.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
