O R D E R
% 20.04.2018 1.
The petitioners, who were not parties before the Tribunal, have assailed the judgment dated 22.09.2017, passed by the Tribunal, allowing O.A. No.2162/2016 filed by the respondents No.9 and 10 herein. 2.
It is contended by the counsel for the petitioners that the respondents No.9 and 10 ought to have been impleaded as parties before the Tribunal as they had been selected by the DSSSB for appointment on the post of Head Constables in the Transport Department, vide results declared on 01.08.2016 and by virtue of the impugned judgment, their names do not feature in the subsequent results declared by the DSSSB on 31.01.2018. 3.
In view of the fact that the petitioners were not parties before the Tribunal, we decline to entertain the present petition filed by them directly in this court, assailing the judgment dated 22.09.2017. W.P.(C) 3872/2018
4.
Learned counsel states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioners to seek their remedies before the Tribunal in the first instance. 5.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
Only if aggrieved by the orders passed by the Tribunal, can the petitioners approach this Court for relief. HIMA KOHLI, J PRATIBHA RANI, J APRIL 20, 2018 rkb/ap W.P.(C) 3872/2018
