% 20.04.2018 Counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice has handed over copy of public notice, circular dated 3rd April, 2018 and letter dated 4th April, 2018 by which Grievance Redressal Mechanism has been set up. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that he would approach Nodal Officer/Grievance Authority.

We may record that we have some reservation whether this writ petition should be entertained by the Delhi High Court. However, as the petitioner has agreed to approach the Nodal Officer/Grievance Authority, we have not examined and decided this aspect.

We also clarify that in case the grievance cannot be resolved, it will be open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
