This is a criminal revision petition seeking revision/modification of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed in criminal appeal no. 80/2025 whereby the appeal filed under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act was dismissed.

Ms. Moksha Sharma, Ld. Counsel who appears for the petitioner submits that there is some technical defect in the petition as certain documents are not filed and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh petition. 3.
