% 06.12.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has stopped giving instructions to him, inasmuch as has not paid the balance fee. He further submits that notice dated 8th August, 2016 was issued to the petitioner stating therein that Vakalatnama would be withdrawn, inasmuch as date has also been notified. It is submitted that despite issuance of notice through speed post, petitioner has not responded. Original notices have been produced and taken on record.
Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Vakalatnama.
Matter has been passed over once.
Even on second call, no one
appears for the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
