% 22.11.2018 By this petition, the petitioner has sought directions to incorporate Sections 307/325/120B and other related provisions in case FIR No. 24/2018 registered at PS Greater Kailash under Sections 328/323/506/34 IPC on the complaint of the petitioner No. 1 and transfer of the said investigation to crime branch for fair and expeditious investigation. A status report has been filed. As per the status report after investigation a closure report has been prepared and filed before the learned Trial Court on 27th July, 2018.

Notice to the petitioner on the closure report had been issued by the learned Trial Court returnable on 21st December, 2018. A closure report having been filed and notice issued to the petitioner, the remedy if any to the W.P.(CRL) 1023/2018

petitioner is now to file a protest petition before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

In view of the alternative remedy being available to the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to further proceed with the writ petition. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas in the protest petition before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
