% 04.05.2018 The claim made in this petition arises from the Advertisement (Annexure P-2) pertaining to recruitment of Specialists for marketing department on contract basis and as per the aforesaid Advertisement, the jurisdiction is exclusively of Mumbai Courts. The advertisement (Annexure P-2) is from Mumbai. If recruited, petitioner has to work in Mumbai and petitioner was interviewed for the said placement at Mumbai. Since substantial cause of action arose in Mumbai, therefore in view of the express bar contained in Advertisement (Annexure P-2), petitioner is relegated to avail of the remedy before the Court of competent territorial jurisdiction in Mumbai.
