% 11.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount awarded in the impugned Award is Rs.5,41,724/- along with future interest @ 12% per annum and thus, the present matter may be transferred to the District Court.

dated 24th November,2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No.F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 subSection (ii), as agreed, the present matter is transferred to the District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi.

Parties to appear before

the concerned Court on 22nd March, 2016.
