1. Counsel for the Petitioner points out that the subject matter of the present petition is a challenge to the Award to the extent it has allowed in the counter-claim of the Respondent to the extent of Rs.32,85,597/- excluding interest. Even if the interest is added, the awarded sum works out to less than Rs.1 crore.

2. In that view of the matter, the petition is transferred to the District Court at Dwarka.

3. The matter be listed before the Court of the District Judge, Dwarka on 19th December, 2016 for directions.
