The petitioner is seeking release of the award amount deposited with this Court in terms of order dated 25th July, 2011 on the ground that the petitioner has made the payment of Rs.2 lakh to each of the respondents/workmen in full and final settlement of all their claims in terms of the order dated 18th September, 2014.

The petitioner has also filed the affidavit of compliance dated 27th January, 2016 along with the proof of payment of the settlement amount to the respondents.

The application is allowed and the Registrar General is directed to release the award amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 25th July, 2011 along with interest accrued thereon to the petitioner within a

period of four weeks from today.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the petitioner under signatures of the Court Master.
