Learned counsel for respondent No. 3, on instructions, submits that the answering respondent shall hand over a cheque of Rs.5 lacs to the petitioners today itself. He, on further instructions, submits that respondent No. 3 undertakes that the said cheque, when presented, shall be honoured. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that petitioners have the authority to accept the amount as they are the only legal heirs of deceased/Kuldeep Singh Chauhan and no other legal heir shall be seeking the said amount. He, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
