This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to re-activate login credentials of petitioner institute enabling it to login & submit its online application-Standard Inspection Form (SIF) with supporting documents & processing fee for extension of approval of its existing D.Pharm course for academic session 2026-27;
b) pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions submits that PCI portal for submission of Standard Inspection Form (SIF) is open till the end of 19.12.2025 and it is W.P.(C) 19201/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. open to the Petitioners to login for submission of the SIF seeking extension of approval for academic session 2026-2027 for D.Pharm Course. 4.
Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that while the PCI portal is open but login credentials/tab of Petitioner No.1 has been deactivated and therefore, the college is unable to login and submit the SIF. He, therefore, seeks a direction to PCI to re-activate Petitioner No.1's login credentials so that the SIF with supporting documents and processing fee for extension of approval of existing D.Pharm Course for academic session 2026-2027 can be submitted.

In light of the limited relief claimed in this writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to PCI to re-activate the login credentials of Petitioner No.1, to enable the college to submit the SIF with supporting documents and requisite fee upto 19.12.2025 for extension of approval of its existing D.Pharm Course.
