% 13.04.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a substantive petition challenging the order vide which the petitioner's representation for extension of time in completing the Ph.D was rejected by the respondent.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the aforesaid order on all grounds taken in the present petition.
