CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 09.04.2018 Petitioner is husband of respondent no.2. Petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are relatives of petitioner no.1.

Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and has been identified by WSI Manju Chahar of police station Dwarka North. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 are living together after resolving their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th March, 2018, therefore, FIR No.494/2016 under sections 406/498-A/34 IPC registered at police station Dwarka, may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have started living together after resolving their differences, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No.494/2016 under sections

406/498-A/34 IPC registered at police station Dwarka and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J APRIL 09, 2018 sm
