This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a. direct the Proposed Respondent NBFC's to recalculate the loan at a reasonable rate as per RBI norms.

b. Issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the interest rate of ~400% p.a. charged by the Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconscionable and unenforceable. Issue a writ directing Respondent No.1 to recalculate the loan at a reasonable rate as per RBI regulations. c. Issue a writ of prohibition thereby directing the Respondents and their agents against harassment, illegal recovery practices mental trauma inflicted upon the Petitioner.

d. Declare the unconscionable clauses of the loan agreement to be void and against public policy. inquiry into the Proposed Respondent NBFC for violations of the Fair Practices Code and recovery guidelines. annexed as Annexure P-2 e. Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice. " 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies. 3.

Writ petition along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
