Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Orders passed on 15.04.2025, 09.01.2024 and 07.06.2023. 2.

The Petitioner has been inflicted with a punishment of Compulsory Retirement by order dated 15.04.2025 against which he has filed Statutory Appeal, which is stated to be pending for the last one year.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the Writ Petition is disposed of while directing the Director General Railway Protection Force to decide the Statutory Appeal within one month from today. 4.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
